My account mrsimoncowell from Chaturbate was banned in December 31st, 2025, after I sent a PM to a model asking her what was included in the Snapchat subscription that she had in her bio, because there was no description or details in it.
I wrote in PM in spanish: "Que hay en la subscricion de snap?", then immediately the page refreshed and the account was banned.
My intent was NEVER to lead the model to offline payments purposals or video interactions outside of the platform. I just wanted to know if she would post Snapchat stories regularly, and if it is 1 picture per day, per week, things like that, which I believe it doesn't violate any of the Chaturbate terms.
I wrote to support, but still didn't get any response:
"My account was banned because I asked a model about what was included in the snap subscription. What terms exactly did I violate, if there's the possibility of subscribing in social media? I hope you solve this matter soon, otherwise unfortunately I won't create other account. I really enjoy this site and I recharge tokens frequently, so it is really disappointing that I lose the account just because I was asking about a feature that is included in the site. The message I sent was "Que hay en la subscricion de snap?", in a PM with the model. Hope to hear from you soon"
I hope you help me because I really enjoy the site, I've been there for years and it's really sad that I get banned when I didn't violate any rules or terms.
