I am contacting you regarding my model accounts Noielya, and the recent bans that occurred.
Here is the situation in detail:
1. My old account Noielya, with 45,000 followers was reactivated after I submitted my ID for verification.
2. I followed all instructions provided by support and went online to start streaming.
3. After approximately 30 minutes online, my account was immediately banned, without any prior notice.
4. My other accounts Noielya _Shoot ; Yoursquirterqeen, were also banned shortly thereafter.
The reactivation process appears to have been handled incorrectly. If proper procedures had been followed, the ban could have been applied during verification, avoiding unnecessary confusion, frustration, and disruption to my work.
I was prepared to continue streaming legally and in accordance with platform rules on my other accounts Noielya or Noielya_Shoot or Yoursquirterqeen , but this situation could have been entirely avoided.
I kindly request:
A manual review of all my accounts
Clarification on the reason and timing of the bans.
Remove banned
or
Give me the chance to come back work.
