I’m reaching out regarding an issue with my accounts. My main account, marijo84, appears to have been banned, but I haven’t received any information about the reason.
I also have a second account, Lonewoolf84, which was topped up with tokens. Unfortunately, I was unable to use the tokens, and despite opening support tickets for both issues, several days have passed without any response.
I would kindly appreciate your assistance in reviewing this matter — ideally helping me recover my main account and arranging a refund for the unused tokens on the second account if possible.
