Hi Phynah, support can take from a few days up to more than a week to answer. I know how stressful it is but since you already contacted them there's nothing else to do but wait. The rep here won't make your answer come faster but will hopefully let you know when your case is set up to be reviewed.

Regarding the reason of the ban, it could be a whole bunch of things. Try reading the ToS and CoC, if you haven't done so, and see if anything rings a bell. What were you talking/doing around the time you got banned?
