I’m looking for advice regarding a serious issue with my Streamate account.
I was working under a studio on Streamate, and my studio manager banned/blocked my account without my consent or clear explanation. My username was Sex_butty020.
Since then, I have tried contacting Streamate support directly using my email but I have not received any response.
I am confused and frustrated because I did not violate any Streamate rules, and I was actively working on my account. I would really like to continue working independently or understand how to recover my account from the studio control.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue with a studio manager blocking their access?
What is the correct way to contact Streamate compliance or request to be released from a studio?
