Account banned

Hi everyone,

Before I begin, I would like to warn that this topic may be somewhat unpleasant for som people.

I would like to seek advise or guidence about what to do with my account. On May 14th my account crazy_ignites was banned for "Offering or showing urination, defecation, vomit, or blood during your broadcast is not allowed."

In fact I was doing a PVT and the user asked for anal play with my toy and wanted me to put it inside, outside and rub my hole with it, by doing that I got some residues on my anus, then the user requested toilet-related content, at one point I stepped away from camera but I DID NOT perform defecation, eventhough during the rest of the show there were some visible residues on my anus. I did not think I was breaking the rules as in the terms it says "defecation" so I thought it was the act of defecating that was forbidden and also I had seen other male models perform with a slightly "dirty" asshole or having small residues coming out when thay did anal shows, but I undestand now that excrements or residues of any size are totally forbidden.

I sent an email to support the same day of the ban but they have not yet answered me.

I would like someone to advise me what to do, I've read people who sent an apollogy stating that they are sorry and promising they will never do it again, others waited weeks or months until support answered them. Also I would like to know if in the case my account stays banned forever, does that means that I can no longer stream on CB even with a new account?

I'm honestly really sorry for breaking the rules and I hope there is a way to get back my account or at least to create a new one, I've been a model for more than 2 years now and I depend on it to pay my bills, to be a model allowed me to go live abroad with a nomad visa and I have designed a life path that depends on it, and as a male creator CB is the only viable option to stream and make a living of it.

Someone told me that @punker barbie could help me with my ban. If that is the case I would really apreciate your help.

Everything else aside, what would be the purpose of banning broadcasting account if it was so easy to just create a new account and start again? Think! YOU, the person are banned... not just the account. So, no... you would never be able to broadcast on the CB platform again. You may be right, but as in my way of thinking, losing an account is already a big punishment, you lose your followers (22k in my case), your comunity, audience, fan club, your place in the algorithem, you have to start everything over. For me it would make sense that they might ban accounts but not the individuals, as a way of saying "if you don't follow the rules this is what happens." Of course there may be cases where the severity of the ofense justify a permanent ban.

I just hope this can be fixed, one never think this might happen and now I feel so stupid.

If the dirty was accidental, just say as much if/when they question it, and your account will most likely be reinstated. Accidents happen and they know it. If it's obvious from the stream that you were aware of the dirty, and then continued the show, that could be an issue they are not willing to forgive. Be sure not to send in multiple inquiries about your account as that has the potential to slow any progress to a resolution. Be patient and wait for their response; they're often times very slow in their communications. Good luck.

You don't lose anything when you get banned except for tokens earned for the banned offense and your ability.to broadcast. If you're reinstated your account will appear as it did before.

That is what I'n worried about, the user specificly asked to show a close up of my dirty ass, I first i could not see if there was any visible residues as I was facing backwards to the camera, but then I realice I could see some on the screen, but there were really small and often out of focus. Also the guy stopped the pvt twice so the whole situation happend in 3 pvts. As I said above, I was unsure if I was doing something wrong, as I thought that what was forbidden was actually defecating or peeing on camera. Anyways is my fault for not asking support first.

I'm glad I found this forum as I've seen many people going through the same things when you get banned. the shok, the worriging, the anxiety. Most of us we've made CB our main source of income and not knowing what is going to happen and when, is the worst part of this.

I hope they give me another chance.

So even if they don't lift my ban, will I still get paid the tokens I had on my account? Before the ban, I set 11k tokens for cash out and in my account there are still 4.3k tokens, out of those around 1k are from the pvt that took me to this situation.

I've read about people that never got paid those tokens and people who actually did get paid the tokens from their banned account. Some say if you get banned the tokens are forfaited.

As I said in my first message, I live abroad with a nomad visa and CB represents 80% of my income, without it I can no longer make a living in here so I'll have to go back to my country and right now and I don't have a enought money to move and settel down there again.

I wish I had never accepted that pvt.

You might lose the tokens from the private but everything else should be okay. This kind of stuff happens all of the time (unfortunately). You just have to be patient and wait for a response, I know that's hard to do but that's all you can do.
