My account is banned and i believe this is the reason why.
During one of my conversations, someone asked about my educational attainment, and l answered that I only finished Grade6. Unfortunately, this was misunderstood, and it appears that it was interpreted as me claiming to be underage or pretending to be a minor. I would like to clarify that I was only referring to the highest level of education I completed, not my age. I would also like to emphasize that I always do my best to follow and respect the platform's rules and guidelines. This incident was purely a misunderstanding, and I deeply regret that it resulted in my account being banned.
its been almost 3 months.
but until now theres no response from support.
i already contacted them but until now theres no response.
im begging for your consideration and understanding because this is my main source of income to support myself and my family.
please help me.
