Account banned

[SadisticMaster_X]

Hello @punker barbie I am a new model and was streaming earlier and I had some people that said they were masochistic and I told them to slap themselves but nothing to hardcore. I am pretty soft and after a while I was still streaming and I got banned and stream closed can you tell me what I did wrong, and if there is any way I can get my account back. SadisticMaster_X is my username on Chaturbate.

Thank you,
SadisticMaster_X

Your screenshot actually provides some information about why Chaturbate took action.

The stated violation concerns discussion of illegal and unsafe actions, including violence, pain, and other activities associated with causing physical or emotional harm.

Even if your comments were intended as playful BDSM roleplay and you didn't consider them particularly extreme, telling viewers to slap themselves could potentially fall under that guideline.

I'd recommend reviewing the full wording of Chaturbate's Terms and Conditions and contacting support@chaturbate.com if you wish to appeal the decision. Include your username and the screenshot, and explain the context of what happened.

Ultimately, only Chaturbate support can clarify the specific circumstances of the ban and determine whether reinstatement is possible.
