Dear, @punker barbie , We contacted support but received no response. Our model was banned by her previous studio for unknown reasons. She claims she didn't do anything illegal and was working perfectly, but when she left her previous studio, her accounts were banned. She was set up. Please help us unban her account and allow her to work. The old account was called Alice_smile_for_me. We’re trying to create a new one under the nickname AliceZen.
