My account has been blocked from spending tokens to tip models.
I have already submitted my documents for verification for over a week and I still cannot get verified. I am also getting no reply from the support chat for over a week now.
It's frustrating that I have topped up some tokens and I can't get to spend them..
Please help, what can I do?
