I'm in a very difficult situation that the site's support team refuses to resolve, and I'm desperate. One of my members recommended I contact you. I'm hoping for a Christmas miracle. And I believe it will be. Sorry for bothering you on the Christmas weekend.
I had an active account - SoulHarmoonyy. I worked on it for several months, but I'm not a native English speaker and at some point I made a mistake and didn't check the translator. As a result, I sent a member the message "Rape you," without meaning anything bad, as my translator didn't understand me and I simply wanted to play his game with the member. I've never had any disputes with the site before, and I followed all the rules.
The email address for this account is unavailable, but I work at a studio, and my managers have been writing from the studio's email address, but there's been no response. I created a new account using a new email address, but my documents aren't going through for the same reason, and support isn't responding.
I'm at my wits' end with my manager, and if you could help me, it would be a real miracle. Please help me.
