I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing with respect because I’ve been advised that you sometimes help guide or escalate cases when support responses become stalled.
I am the model and rightful owner of the account kimmy_sweet_, which is currently still associated with a studio. I have been trying to fully remove the studio association for several weeks now.
Here is the current situation:
- I contacted Chaturbate Support and opened a ticket requesting full studio removal.
- Support confirmed that the studio must authorize the unlinking.
- The studio owner has already sent the required authorization email (more than once, including from a new email address).
- I have regained access to my account and fully cooperate with any verification needed.
- Despite this, the account remains linked, and I have not received further instructions or confirmation.
At this point, I feel stuck in the process even though all requested steps appear to have been completed on both sides. #25013040 is the ticket number for your reference.
I would be deeply grateful if you could advise me on what else can be done, or if this case can be reviewed or escalated so the unlinking can be finalized.
