I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing with respect because I’ve been advised that you sometimes help guide or escalate cases when support responses become stalled.

I am the model and rightful owner of the account kimmy_sweet_, which is currently still associated with a studio. I have been trying to fully remove the studio association for several weeks now.

Here is the current situation:
- I contacted Chaturbate Support and opened a ticket requesting full studio removal.
- Support confirmed that the studio must authorize the unlinking.
- The studio owner has already sent the required authorization email (more than once, including from a new email address).
- I have regained access to my account and fully cooperate with any verification needed.
- Despite this, the account remains linked, and I have not received further instructions or confirmation.

At this point, I feel stuck in the process even though all requested steps appear to have been completed on both sides. #25013040 is the ticket number for your reference.

I would be deeply grateful if you could advise me on what else can be done, or if this case can be reviewed or escalated so the unlinking can be finalized.

a few months ago a studio convinced me to work with them as a partner while I was already independent and unfortunately I accepted to work with them until the end of november. But what was promised hasnt been fullfilled and they continue to take a percentage from me passed the timeline. Before, the studio promised me to release my account after this period and they contacted the support to unlink it from the master account.

Now the problem continues because chaturbate asks for a verification through email with requesting information like name, address, previous payment form. The owner of the studio gave the information which he thought to be correct but support declined it. They do not give a hint on which of the information is wrong. Nor did they reply to his question if he can do the verification through a selfie with a keyword written on a paper holding his ID card or explain another form of verification.

How can we resolve this issue? Is there any chance to unlink my account again? The studio is not able to verify itself, through the standard method would you be able to let us know of another way to unlink the account? if not my account will indefinitely be linked to that studio when there is no connection between us. The studio has reached out to the support team using the master / linked account but have not been provided other forms to unlink the account and this has been going on a little longer than 1 month.

I hope you can help me out because starting a new account from the beginning is way to demoralizing with all the work I’ve put into kimmy_sweet_ . Im confused what method did they ask him to do? What standard method? The way this is worded implies that the selfie with a keyword holding the ID isn't the standard but unless that's changed recently that's the standard method.

Im confused what method did they ask him to do? What standard method? The way this is worded implies that the selfie with a keyword holding the ID isn't the standard but unless that's changed recently that's the standard method.

They asked him to verifiy with his payment data but he cant remember every detail, so he tried to change the data but they ask him again to verify with his payment data so it’s a constant loop. Since he cant modify anything within the account. He lost basically the control because they dont ask him to verify another way

Then he's likely not verified on the studio master account
