Account closed due to human error

@Stella_SC The Soniadirty account was closed, and along with it, the model who sometimes streams with her. This is chaos in my studio because the mistake was mine. I have two models with similar usernames: dirtysonia and Soniadirty. During identity verification, I mistakenly gave dirtysonia the usernames that were actually meant for Soniadirty. This caused the girls' accounts to be blocked. Please help me; it was a human error on my part. You can check that I have two other models with similar names, and kiss_mm was also affected by this error. These two girls have given their all in my studio. It's not fair. I can make mistakes, please help me.

I filed the appeal, but I don't know if I did it right. KBUS 0003553221.

Both people are willing to send their document to verify that it was not an intention to transmit to an unregistered person because the person registered on dirtysonia was the one who appeared on soniadirty and the person from dirtysonia was totally expelled because soniadirty appeared in the face verification but both are registered on accounts of my studio @Stella_SC
