Account deletion

Good afternoon @punker barbie ! There was a question about deleting the account. I want to delete it completely along with all the data, it was made on my documents. But if after some time I want to come back, but just make a new account, even without noting that it is new, will my documents be accepted? It is important for me to delete the account. Not possible. By the laws there in USA, where Chaturbate is located, they are required to keep your records on file indefinitely. You also agreed to allowing this during your initial registration.

Are you referring to the Disable Account button, which only "deactivates" the account?

After deactivation (not deletion) you have 120 days to request a reactivation of the account. They warn tho, that accounts may not be recoverable after deactivation. If you actually delete your account, you won't be permitted another one later--it's like a "voluntary perma ban".


Now if what you're looking is to erase your data from the platform, none of them will work. As Scripta said, CB is required to hold your information by law (I think for 7 years).

Anyway, why would you want to delete your account just to make a new one later?
