account get banned after make a new one,

I no longer have access to my old CB account, cant access email or anything so i try to make a new one, but when i verify it get approved then immediately banned, i contact support but no answer. my cy old username that i dont have access to is lylaxblake my new one is lylablakex, if i can get my old one that would be grate if not a new working one is fine too @punker barbie

That would explain the instant ban after age verification
