My account has been banned for almost two weeks and I have yet to receive an e-mail response. I was wondering if you could help or give insight as to what needs to happen so I can be reinstated as I was anticipating a pay out soon.

I’m following up once more regarding my account ban, which occurred over a month ago right before a scheduled payout. I’ve done my best to remain patient, but I’m starting to lose hope as I still haven’t received a clear explanation or resolution.

I truly enjoyed working for CB and depended on the income to support my family. I’d be grateful for any insight into what happened, even if it can’t be reversed. Understanding the reason would help me avoid making the same mistake in the future, whether here or elsewhere.
