Account hack and banned account immediately after creation

Hello @punker barbie , my username is Calin_3 . My account was hacked on November 12, 2025. I realized on the 13th the following day and requested for the account to be locked. I also sent an email to Chaturbate support on guidance on recovery but I am yet to get the responds till date this has greatly been a hold back as it was my main source of income. I waited for four months and today I tried to create a new account but it got banned immediately after submission of identity for verification. I would really want to know what happened to my previous account and if it is recoverable. my support ticket number is RW3ZWV_PKX93.

I had only worked for 6 months I have not violated any broadcasting rules. I am willing to provide any details and proof of identity of my account @Calin_3 the one I tried creating and got banned instantly after verification is @Veegee7. I have been patiently waiting four months for chaturbate support team to respond to my emails before trying to create another account I honestly was not trying to bypass any account ban. Kindly @punker barbie you have been of great help to other models here I will really appreciate if you could assist me too. thank you for your time

I want to apologize for a confusion I stated the month November but I meant December, my account was hacked on 12th December 2025 at 11.34 pm our time I have evidence of email sent to me. the hacker accessed my account while I was sleeping and when I woke up the following morning was when I requested my account to be locked. I also confirm that I also confused the month on subject of follow up email I sent. but I have written the correct dates in the explanation and the original email it is just some error that will not repeat itself again I am really sorry for that, I take accountability for it. I am still waiting for supports response and really hoping my issue can be resolved so I can be able to work again soon ticket number RW3ZWV-PKX93 . I am ready to provide screenshots of evidence and documents for verification of ownership of my account. Thank you.

Hello, @punker barbie , I want to thank you so much for your assistance. my new account has been retrieved. But still I am concerned about my old account Calin_3. I still do not know if it can be accessed by my hacker. when my email was changed from my account, my password was changed too. I still cant access it and I do not know about its condition now. If I can not be able to use it anymore I request that it is completely locked or deleted if possible to avoid future complications like another hack or ban ticket number (RW3ZWV-PKX93). Would you advice me to send one last follow up to chaturbate support team? I will take the initial to secure my account today. And would advice beginner models to always make sure to enable two factor Authentication. It really can save you from unexpected intrusion. Have a nice day.

Yes, you should ask support directly to do that. Ask them to unlink your ID from said account. Do it ASAP, because for as long as your ID is there, you could still be held liable for any violation committed on that account.

Yes Support confirmed to me that someone attempted to present my identification for age verification pretending to be me, hence I was suspended. they were trying to misuse copies of my identification in effort to have me terminated from the Chaturbate platform. But support confirmed that it was not me, and lifted my suspension. I have confirmed that the new account is not banned anymore but I still do not have access to the old one and I really do not want it to affect my new account. I have asked support to unlink my ID from the account Calin_3 under the email thread ticket (YRDX92-040DP) kindly help on follow up.

Well, that's good news :) I think you should be fine then if they already told you that you're in the clear. I'm happy for you as it seems that these kinds of cases usually end with the ban standing. Good luck.

Hello. Today when reviewing my account I noticed my previous hacker tried creating another account {aoni3} after hacking. I want to also be honest I think my previous boss and my ex are involved in all this. My Original account{Calin_3} was created in mid-June. At the time I was working under my boss who helped me cover the costs of documents I needed to start working, and we agreed she would receive a share of my earnings for six months while holding my documents. Her email was originally connected to my account, although I had my own password. I thought this arrangement was similar to how studios operate, so I didn’t question it at first. However, I was not actually working in a studio. I was working from my ex-partner’s place. She was the one who introduced me to the person managing my account. Over time I realized I was being paid much less than what I was actually earning. I later found out that the person managing the account was giving most of my earnings to my ex for accommodation, while I was still being pressured to cover rent, food, and other expenses myself. For months I only received a very small percentage of what I made. Near the end of the six-month agreement I discovered what was happening and felt very betrayed. Eventually my documents were returned to me, and I was allowed to change the email connected to my account to my own email and phone number. I also changed the password to make sure no one else had access. After the contract ended I moved out and started trying to rebuild things on my own. Unfortunately, a few weeks later my account was accessed without my consent and the email connected to it was changed while I was asleep. I received the notification email but could no longer access the account afterward. I had earned over 4000 tokens at that point and never had the chance to benefit from the work I had put in. I suspect that my boss had pictures of my documents and tried creating another account on December 13th. Since I see three accounts linked to my documents, I really do care about my safety and Work. What can I do?? My previous boss was the only one who had access to my documents apart from me. And if she still has access to my other account and old photos of my documents can she still disrupt my work? Is my old account still accessible? What precautions should I take I have already secured my new account. PS ..both my Boss and ex are models on CB.
