Hello @punker barbie my Chaturbate account (ā ausfun29melbā ) was hacked yesterday morning, itās been over 24 hours since I put in a support ticket with zero response so far. I recieved an email alerting me of the login which shown a location in India (Iām from Melbourne, AUS)
To make matters worse, I had just went through full ID verification on the account the night before, not sure if that triggered someone to hack me or just coincidence.. stupidly tho I hadnāt changed my password in many years and didnāt have 2 factor enabled
either way Iām an idiot lol.
The hacker managed to change the password and the account's email address (I can provide info if you need along with the accounts previous username as I changed it in around 2019/2020), I havenāt recieved any password reset emails so I am completely locked out.
Is this something you might be able to assist with? I would appreciate it more than words can say. I've had this account for over 15 years with thousands of cammers followed, so desperate to not lose it forever
