How am I different from her? I don't want to say big words. But this looks very much like discrimination.

She was NOT blocked forever... Youthful appearance suspensions typically last until the broadcasters appearance is deemed no longer too "youthful" of an appearance.

Yes., as you've previously demonstrated your willingness to purposefully break their TOS. Whether or not she attempted to purposefully circumvent her initial bans might be questionable in their opinion. Was she creating the accounts using your documents as a studio and then uploading her documents so that she could work again? But you already admitted to them that it was you. It's a shit situation, but understandable.
