Hi, it seems that you've had your security seriously compromised at two different times so you may really want to take a closer look on what are the things you're doing to protect your account.
Now, it occurs to me that it may be one of you who's doing the deactivation for whatever reason. In this case, the one who's registered as the "main" broadcaster owns the account and should be the only one requesting a deactivation/activation.
