Account suspended, but in need to withdraw to pay for apartment!

Hey @punker barbie , you've helped me in the past and so I really hope you can help me out again!

I'm posting this in behalf of a friend of mine, as english is not her first language and she's struggling to use this forum. She was streaming just an hour ago and was planning on withdrawing the tokens she had there, at the end of the show, to pay for her apartment. She's in dire need of this money, but is now unable to withdraw because her account got suspended. She told me she has already emailed support about this, but said they can take weeks to reply, weeks that she doesn't have.

So I really hope you can make sure this issue is treated more urgently by the support staff, to reply to her as quickly as possible! Maybe they can withdraw the money for her, or better yet, return her account to normal so she can withdraw it herself.

Her username is asya_sweet_

I see... I can ask her to try making a post here herself, but wouldn't everyone be able to see the account details if you replied to her? 🤔
Unless you mean to dm her about this, then you can go ahead, she's made her account here. @AsyaSweet

Yeah no. This forum isn't your personal customer service line. She has to wait for support to reply, period. The rep will only confirm that support received the email from her and nothing more or less.
