So on Friday when I logged in to broadcast,I received a site message to do an age verification which I did.
This happened after 10 minutes when I logged in,also again after ten minutes I was asked to do the same procedure which I did without hesitating and the documents were approved .Again after ten minutes I was asked to do the same , this was so unsual but I did the procedure where by my documents did not go through,because of too many uploads on my chaturbate profile,so they ended up suspending me for three hours.(This happened in the amid of the show which is totally unfair the person who was tipping and also me)
The following day which was on Saturday I logged in as usual,then I got suspended for 24hrs because I could not respond to their compliance reason being I have too many uploads on chaturbate profile.
I emailed chaturbate which requesting them to delete the unnecessary documents and to give me a way foward so that I can be able to broadcast, but they didn’t respond.
The third time I logged in hoping I could broadcast since it was the last day of the month, I got suspended for (72hrs )prior after logging in because of the same reason.
Kindly help me so that I can be able to move forward, because even if the suspension will be terminated ,I would not still be able to broadcast because I need to verify my age and I won’t since I have too many uploads I won’t be able to upload a new one.
I have been trying to reach out to Cb but no response
