Account Suspended

About two weeks ago, support sent me a message requesting some information. I was away on holiday and unfortunately missed that email. Since I didn’t reply within the required time, my affiliate account was suspended, and they stated they suspended it until I could get back with the requested info.


I answered yesterday and provided all the requested information, but I still haven’t received any response from the support team.

Could you please check whether my information was received and if my account can be reactivated?


I have been an affiliate for more than 10 years and have never had any issues before.
