Look, read the email, if it has a bunch of links in it, scroll to the bottom and click "no" to escalate it to a human. If it doesn't have links in it, then wait for a reply.

Sorry, I didn't mean to be so blunt. I know it's frustrating being banned but this isn't an immediate resolve kind of situation.

Ask them to provide a window for you to wear that outfit while holding your ID/passport and the date/whatever else they want (usually a specific number of fingers held up).
