Account unfairly banned-Plz Help??

my account on CB with my username of
Moviegirlfriend88
My account was suspended due to a non broadcaster enetering my stream.
Once notified we submitted her id.
Then 20 mins later my account is banned.
The response is CB thinks there false documents/fraud happening?!?
Which is SO not true.
And now I find out that a ban mean you aint getting your money/tokens from them?!???
Im heaetbroken and upset because I truly havent violated any laws and feel like this shuld be a soft warning?!???
Plz someone halllpppppp.
I was having a great time.
My room was always so happy and Im getting asked when Im streaming next.
I was bringing a new vibe to the platform and money was cumming in.
I was so excited to grow??
if theres some cute undercover out there that could helo that would be so cool??

Oh sure thing, in thr email chain I see this number-65Z2VM-K75YD

None of emails show a ticket number. Just the suspension for the non broadcaster then the request for their ID and to reach out once uploaded which I did.
I was then banned because they thought i was supplying false IDs which is not true.
