Account verification getting rejected

What is the reason given for the rejection?
Does your ID have Latin characters on it? (i.e. A, B, C, D, etc not Indian characters -- sorry I do not know the correct terminology for that)
Is it laminated?
Otherwise, wait until the weekend is over and no doubt @Charlie_SC will respond. Or ask the moderation team that sent you the rejection, what you need to do. But do not open multiple support tickets, just one only.
