Account Verified then Lost verification

Hi @punker barbie Im H0ney_dew , I have turned in my verification request many times and it was approved, I streamed and then all of the sudden lost the verification status. Please help me look into what happened I had emailed support but have not gotten any replies.

@punker barbie I have gotten a reply from support but saying my requirements was denied, but i was approved (see attached) i was able to stream and earned some tokens then my ability to recieved tokens was taken away and all my approved requirements was denied? Please help and explain, so I may stream again.

Hi @punker barbie , It happened again, I got verified then less than 24 hours later I lost the verification status. there must be a glitch. Please help me or explain why this is happening and what should i do to fix it. Thank you for your time.
