Account was banned, no response from support...

Good afternoon,

My account was banned because I had it attached to a friends account, and his account got banned because someone appeared on his stream, or something like that. Guilty by association I guess!

I've been trying to reach support for over a week but no one has responded to my emails.

Anyway, what I want to do is get my account unbanned, and detach my account from my friends account so this doesn't happen again.
