Almost week 3 with no Pay from CB

Hello @AmberCutie Sorry to bother but I was told by CB that my final payment would be processed at the end of the paying period. That was on the 15 of April and I still have received nothing. They wont answer my email either :'( Any help would be appreciated, Thank u
