While watching my twitter timeline yesterday, I came across this bit of news that may or may not interest some of you:

Basically this amendment does 3 things:
1) if you had an agent and you ask him to remove images of you from his site he has to comply within 10 days.
2) No contract with any agency can ever be more than 1 year long. After 1 year, such contract is void and
3) No agent can charge you for upkeep.
