I am writing regarding the suspension of my account and the notification stating that a minor was allegedly seen in my broadcast frame.
I am extremely concerned about this situation because I genuinely do not understand how a minor could have appeared in my frame. I am fully aware of and respect Chaturbate’s rules regarding the presence of other individuals during broadcasts, and I have always tried to follow the platform’s requirements carefully.
I also understand how seriously Chaturbate treats matters concerning the safety and protection of minors. I would therefore like to emphasize that I had absolutely no intention of allowing a minor to appear in my broadcast or of violating the platform’s rules in any way.
At this time, I genuinely do not understand what happened or what specific circumstance resulted in the suspension of my account. I do not know who could have appeared in the frame, and I cannot confirm that a minor was actually present in the room during my broadcast.
Furthermore, there are no photographs, posters, or other images of minors in the room where I conduct my broadcasts. The room is private and access to it is restricted, which makes the situation particularly difficult for me to understand.
For this reason, I kindly ask you to provide me with more detailed information regarding the alleged violation. If possible, please let me know when during the broadcast the minor was detected or what exactly was identified as a violation. This information would help me understand what happened and take all necessary precautions to ensure that a similar situation never occurs again.
If a violation of the rules did in fact occur, I would like to assure you that it was completely unintentional and was not connected to any malicious intent or deliberate attempt to violate Chaturbate’s policies.
I am fully willing to comply with all Chaturbate rules and requirements and to take any additional safety measures you may recommend. I would sincerely appreciate it if you could explain what exactly was considered a violation so that I can understand the issue and prevent it from happening in the future.
In light of the above, I respectfully ask you to review the suspension of my account and, if possible, restore my access. I would very much like to continue working on the platform while ensuring that I fully understand and comply with all applicable rules.
