Ban and no response in 2 weeks

Hi @punker barbie, I'm an avid streamer on Chaturbate and got my account banned on the 19th (user xstaceyliciousx). I have emailed support several times and have heard nothing. Since I stream every day this has been very stressful so would love some help in sorting this out.
