Hello my wife and I were banned with no reason and they won't contact us when waiting over a month for reply. I tried to contact every 5 business days to give them time to respond. We have $1400 on our account. They have used our video on their other sites. They continue to make .oney off us. We were getting around 3000 new followers a day for 2 hour work a day. We were making around $200 an hour. Yes they stole our money and won't tell us why. We had a warning before where they said we were tying to look underage but we never wore any props or attempted to look young although my wife naturally looks young as she's very small . Buys clothing for 6-8 year old. This she can't change and to be banned for her looking young which she can't change seems horrible. They will not contact us to explain though...

Hi, I'm sorry you're banned but I'm not really sure what you pursue with this message as you're not asking anything.
If you're looking for help you should be honest about what you say because it hasn't been a month but more like a couple of weeks. If you have been messaging them every 5 days or even more frequently you may have been pushing yourself back to the end of the queue each time you were about to be reviewed.
Now, if you're looking for insight about what happened and why it happened, I can tell you. I think I have this one pretty much figured out.

It's more likely that some offended simp reported you (so typical for couple streams), but the fact that the most are getting replied in couple days, but you and some are just being ignored is only making me think that there is no queue in their ticket list.

Look, I get it, you're angry, it sucks. They may take longer than you find acceptable to answer, but there is a queue. You may really want to do a bit of research as this comes across as a kind of disinformation.

Ok, if you say so. It seems that you don't want to research for yourself and also don't want to acknowledge what other users know. So the earth is flat. Honestly, I think you're a bit confused at this point. This is not a complaint focused forum; if you have complaints about how things work on CB, you should be voicing those to support.
If you really want to know why I'm definitely sure that the queue exists, gather all your thoughts and facts and open a new thread, preferably including a question. I'll be glad to answer it and maybe some other users will too. I'm nobody here, but I can tell that ranting, especially in other people's threads, is not usually appreciated.
