Hello, I'm here because my main account (mulatalove) was banned and I haven't received any response. It only said I had violated the rules, but at no point did I mention minors or prohibited shows. I haven't received any answers, so I opened another account (mulatalove1) and worked for three weeks before the same thing happened again—the account was banned. I've contacted support, but I only receive an automatic confirmation and no further response. Could you please help me? Thank you.

Regarding your second account, the problem is that the ban follows the broadcaster (you as a person), not just the account. This means that any new account you make will end up banned too, even if it is not detected at first for days or weeks. As a piece of advice, it’s better not to create any more accounts for now, as that could potentially be considered another violation.

You didn't mention when you contacted support, but they can take several days, or even weeks, to answer. If you sent multiple emails or opened multiple tickets regarding the same issue, that can, and often does, delay their response.

If you only sent one email 3 weeks ago, or if it has been more than a week since your last email (in case you sent multiple), you may want to give a shoutout here to @ punker barbie and kindly ask her to find out if the support team has received your email. Other than that, the only thing you can do is wait.

Hello, I have a question. My partner's account was banned from CB for violating prohibited rules (permanent suspension). My ID was also registered on their account, and I was banned as well. My username is mulatalove. I want to clarify that I wasn't streaming on their account. I haven't received a response from support. If you could tell me if there's any way to regain my streaming privileges, since I didn't commit the violation and it didn't happen on my account, I would greatly appreciate your help. Is there any hope of getting it back, or is the ban permanent for me too?
