Hi, I hope you are doing well there today and having a lovely day. I'm hoping you can help me as I was banned about 2 months ago and never got a response from the support team. I need to support my family as its near impossible for me to find a job here in africa and I am really sorry my daughters crying or voice was heard from the other room! I will make sure that doesn't happen again. I aim to follow all rules as they are instructed and I promise I am a good worker.
