I need some help with a banned account, please!

I have been away for a few days and when I came back online... Surpise! My account was banned and I couldnt broadcast. It never happened before in my life.
I have sent 4 emails I think, no answer.

Please @punker barbie help me with this problem. You might be my only chance!
