Banned account in chaturbate

Hope both of your day are great, I having issue with account I can't seem to open my account and it seems locked and banned. it's been a month and i haven't received any response or if my account is under suspension not sure, please help.

Hi @AmberCutie , The email that I use to create an account here in ACF is not the same email that I use in my account in CB. Would that matter?

it's fine now i was able to to change it to match my CB account email. Hope that I will still get assisted since it's still banned and haven't receive any response yet.

hope your day are great. I really loved the consistency of the support that you're giving to every models here and just to let you know that we applaud you for your hard work. Thank you, thank you so much!

My concern is not that big of a deal but it also happen to a friend of mine where she did not received any response . My daily payout option is no longer available as well and it's almost cut off. Wondering if this is just a bug to the system because I already request daily payout and it did not come through yet and I am about to request another one and that's where the option for request daily payout is missing.

This forum is not associated with CB at all, so that doesn't matter at all.
