First of all, I apologize if this is not the right place to ask about this issue. I only recently learned about this forum through a friend, and I thought I would give it a try in the hope of finding some help or at least some clarity regarding my situation.
My account was permanently banned in January 2023, and to this day I still don't know the exact reason why. As far as I can remember, I never received a clear explanation. When I contacted support at the time, I was unable to get a specific answer. After my initial inquiry, I received what appeared to be an automated response stating that my account had been banned and that any further replies would no longer be reviewed or answered.
A short time before the ban, my account had already been temporarily disabled for about two weeks. At the time, I was dealing with a stalker who repeatedly submitted false reports against me, accusing me of using offensive language or behaving rudely. Those accusations were completely untrue. I always made an effort to treat both members respectfully, had lots of good reviews/thumbs up (100%) and by then I had been streaming exclusively on CB for more than three years. I valued my account and my place in the community far too much to knowingly risk violating the rules.
Because of the timing, I have always believed that my account may have been banned as a result of those false reports. Unfortunately, I never had the opportunity to properly explain the situation or receive any meaningful review of my case, so after a few emails sent to the support and being ignored, I gave up on the situation.
I understand that more than three years have passed, and I realize there may not be anything that can be done at this point. Even so, after discovering this forum, I felt it was worth asking. I genuinely miss being part of the CB community, as it was the very first platform I ever streamed on and, at that time, the only one I used.
If anyone from the team could look into my case, explain why my account was banned, or let me know whether there is any possibility of having it reviewed or reinstated, I would be really grateful. Even if the decision cannot be changed, receiving some clarification would mean a great deal to me and would at least let me know that I have done everything I could.
