Banned account on strip chat

Someone on my live stream mentioned meeting last week and I got an instant month ban. I’ve appealed it the same night. I’ve emailed them directly and submitted a ticket and I’ve heard nothing at all I am with an agency as well and no one has heard anything

What you described is not really how the system works. Models are not automatically issued month-long bans simply because a random user mentioned “meeting” in chat.

What did the email you received when the ban was issued specifically say the violation was for?

Also, appeals are not instant. Once submitted, the Moderation team still needs time to investigate the situation and review the account/activity before responding.

I haven’t had an email. My studio has only just got a reply saying they’ve seen my appeal and saying the ban stays

Hi, no please not. As long as you are banned as an individual person you are not allowed to stream anymore, no matter which account. Good luck. The support and moderation team is very fast.
