Hello @punker barbie,

I was banned today without knowing what I did wrong. If I made a mistake, I am willing to avoid it in the future.

I also had a support package running, will this be paused and extended, or do I need to take any action?

Do you have any advice on how I should proceed or who I can contact for further assistance?

I've send CB support an email too.

Also, user docwhogpt_ (also using the account docwhogpt) said he would do things that would get me banned. He told me I should spend all my tokens before that happened, and he was right. After about three days, I got banned. Did this have anything to do with him? He was also talking about a Discord server he is in, and about partnering up with others against me.

I sent an email to CB support today. In my experience, it can take months to get an answer. I’ve been a user since around 2015 (?) and use Chaturbate quite often.

Hi @punker barbie , thank you, I have already received a response. It seems they do not want to unban me. Do I need to block the automatic credit card transaction for the Supporters Package through my bank, or will this be handled automatically by Chaturbate? I’m unable to access any of the settings anymore.

@punker barbie they said I’m connected to another permanently banned account. Are they sure it is actually connected to me, and could they give me a reason why they banned me permanently, if that’s the case? The email is quite unclear, and I feel sad about not having access anymore.

Have you ever previously had an account at CB?

Somehow, they said:
"Reviewing your account history, it appears you were previously permanently banned from the platform."

I’m not sure if they mean a ban on another account or if it’s because of the previous ban I had. But that earlier ban was a mistake on their side (or just an alert without explenation/anything wrong), they even said so:
"Thank you for your patience. It appears there was an alert on your account. After review, the alert has been cleared."
