Hello, I hope you are well, my account has been banned and I don't know the specific reason, everything could be due to a misinterpretation on the part of the translator and perhaps it was due to inappropriate words, could you please help me by managing to have the account enabled again? I promise to the maximum not to violate the code of conduct again if perhaps this was the reason, my username is Sam_vega_
 
I don't have a ticket number yet, I wrote to this medium as the first option to request help @punker barbie, Could you please help me with my case?
You MUST contact CB support first. This forum should never be the "first option" to get support from the site you are having issues with. Until that is done no one from here can help you

Hi @punker barbie @darthro hope you are well, this is the response from the cb platform in relation to my case, I did nothing intentionally, everything must be due to a misinterpretation of my translator since my native language is Spanish, can I still have a chance to have my account banned? or what answer can you give me in this case, I really appreciate your help!
