It has been almost a month since I emailed support and received the auto response asking me to wait patently. I don't want to keep emailing as that delays the ticket even longer so I have heard.
The reason I got was:
'The discussion of illegal activity is not allowed. This includes use, purchase, sale, distribution, or providing information about weapons, illegal substances, or other unlawful goods or services.'
At the time the topic of the room was about drugs and drug use, and All I said was 'I know someone who struggles with cocaine and my next door neighbour is a drug dealer' I can see why I got flagged but also I think I got banned out of content. The ban has made me review all of the TOS just so I fully know the do's and don'ts.
I have tokens locked on that account now and the model I mod for keeps asking me if I will be back, I always respect rules. so Any help would be much appreciated.

@punker barbie Everything is now resolved.
It would far better system if they said 'Account suspension' and a time frame. Account banned seems so permanent and most the time unclear to why the ban happened in the first place. I am still none the wiser to what got me banned.
