Hello @punker barbie . Sorry in advance if my post appears multiple times — it seems like it hasn’t been published, so I’m trying again. My account has been banned and support is not responding to me. Username: pussy_sladusy. Please help me. I know I was wrong, I feel ashamed, but I would really not want to lose my account.

Oh no, that’s such a stressful situation. Don't beat yourself up too much—everyone makes mistakes, especially with how strict platform rules are nowadays. Waiting for a compliance response is always the hardest part. Hopefully, someone here on the forum can share a direct contact or a way to appeal it so you can get a second chance. Honestly, situations like this are exactly why relying 100% on big legacy platforms is getting so risky. One slip-up and you can lose access to your business overnight. It's the main reason a lot of creators and teams are shifting towards building independent white-label backends to keep their core fans safe. At least there you actually own your traffic, payouts are secure, and you have direct communication without automated blocks.

Really hope you get your account back! Keep us updated

They've been around but you didn't post in the right section so I doubt they saw this... moving it for ya, you're welcome.
Yes, that explains a lot. I've been unsuccessfully trying to catch her since Friday. I'm a complete newbie on this forum. Thank you, you're so kind. 😇

I have confirmed that the support team has responded to your inquiry. Ticket #25635505
@punker barbie please answer. I've been trying to get an answer for a week now. I didn't receive an email. I don't know where to check the response based on the ticket number. If the ban is permanent, just say yes. If I have to do something, then say what I should to do PLEASE

The response would have been to the registered email account for the model. Check your spam folder in your email account

CB has no control of where your email provider puts the messages, whether in spam or incoming folder. That is on you to fix. If you have/had marked some of CB emails as spam before then your email provider is not forwarding them to you. CB has nothing to do with that and they can not fix that

It's not about that. I've already checked every folder in my inbox. There are no emails from CB.

What I meant is that the emails I send end up in Chaturbate's spam folder. On top of that, I've contacted support from several different email addresses. They either tell me to reply from my registered email address, or, once they see that my account has been banned, they simply stop responding.

I don't understand the point of this policy. If you've permanently banned a model's account, just say so directly. Otherwise, it's only natural that models will end up sending 10 emails a day from different email addresses, creating even more work for the support team.
