Hello @punker barbie My Account spacey99999 has been banned. I don't think I broke any rules but I'm a little unsure. This was about 6 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything from CB Support after logging a ticket. Could you help me please? Many thanks

@punker barbie Thanks for helping out and I did get a response. They said my account was banned for hate speech (which is incorrect). Mentioning that a Russian model is Russian is not hate speech.

Anyway, I was told me account was banned. I'm not so bothered about that. But I was also told that my existing tokens were forfeited and also told that I was getting a refund of all my outstanding tokens. They don't know how to refund any tokens to me and it was a very confusing message.

I've questioned their reasons to ban me and questioned how they might refund me but I have had no response.

Could you give them a prod please?

PS. Why is CB support so bad I have to go on an unaffiliated forum to prompt a response?
