@punker barbie Hey figured I should ask a quick question! My Username is @Itsdanielriversxxx on Chaturbate and I was recently banned. I assume I got banned from uploading someone who was previously banned years ago that never informed me. I am so sorry about that happening and I can assure you that will never happen again in the future and that I will screen all applicants before uploading Id and broadcasting. I assumed there was no problem when uploading his Id because I've done it in the past with other broadcasters, but then when I saw I got banned he informed me that he previously was banned. My intentions were not to broadcast any other banned broadcaster and I take this matter seriously. If it is possible to have my account back I would greatly appreciate it. Also, I was not given a ticket number and would like to add onto the part where you submit a request. I don't want to spam it so how can I add onto my claim without my ticket number or opening up a new claim. Anyways, thanks for taking your time to read this.

Hi, just for future reference, there's no need to upload any ID other than your own directly into your account.
Ask the other model to open their own account on Chaturbate and verify there. Once they are verified on their own account you can add them as a Guest Account. If they get banned during verification, you won't have problems with your account.
I saw a couple of similar cases here in the forum (here is one and the other I couldn't find) and both, after some struggle, got positive outcomes, so there might be hope. It wasn't quick, though. Wish you luck.
