My account was banned on CB for some reason which was not detailed anywhere. As a long time user, this is my first time with a ban so not exactly sure what happened. I sent a message to support, but I'm not sure of the response time and was told to post here. Username = Dee_kaye

Response time from Support can take some time. It probably won't be as fast as you would like.
Do not attempt to open a new account while banned.
