I am very disappointed with Chaturbate. My gf and I are wanting to do some online streaming together to spice up things in bed, I had an account for years that I even spent money on and streamed a couple times by myself. When I tried adding her Id to age verify so we could stream together my account was banned 1 day later. Since then I have attempted a couple times to create a new account with another email and age verify it, but every time the account gets banned for no reason.
I tried reaching out to support on each of this situations and didnt get a reply on several attempts to reach out until finally after a long time I saw this email:
We have reason to believe you have provided us with false identification or assisted others in providing us with false identification, which is a serious violation of the Chaturbate Terms and, likely, applicable law. Due to this serious violation, your accounts were terminated and you were permanently banned from the Chaturbate platform.
Any accounts accessed in violation of this permanent ban will be subject to termination without warning and all associated amounts deemed forfeit.

I have never provided false ID and I resent to be accused of this, so now I am perma banned from this service due to a mistake on your end. Is there anything that can be done? How could have I presented false information when I only submitted official documents?
My theory is that on my first attempt I tried submitting both of our ids, one after the other, so if this made the system see my name and my girlfriend´s id and then determined that it is false id as it doesnt match, all that is needed is a bit of common sense.
I post this here today in a last attempt to do something with this service, and also I realize this account getting banned for no valid reason happens quite often from what I can see in this forum. Unless this situations are made public I dont think that chaturbate will even look into it.
So here it is, I am open to solve this in the best manner possible.
