Banned and no reason given

Hi I had an account at Chaturbate where I had 300 tokens and over 900 followers. I cammed and also viewed others and was introducing a partner who I also went through the age verification process. This had been approved.

We did receive a ban, no reason was given just the account banned page.

I was unable to stoop my supporter monthly subscription or redeem my tokens - I have sent 6 emails to Chaturbate support and do not get a reply.

Basically I feel like they have stolen token (money) from me and given no support or explanation to why the ban happened in the first place and not given me a way to contact my 900+ followers.

Absolutely terrible service. While we have registered with other sites I still am annoyed that they stole my tokens and can get away with it.

*** Update ***

Well after quite a while I have received an email which explains their position. There has been a mistake made but they are going through their procedure and checks which I understand can take longer as reviews need to be done.

Looks like we will get back on CB soon and see if any of our followers are still there !
