Hi, so one of my regulars were insisting on meeting me, I made a joke about they should wire me 7000 usd first, got instanly ban mid stream. I sent several support request, saying that I'll be more careful, won't do it again, its been over 25 days, they never replied, I was expecting to at least get an reply, idk if they fired all their support team and replaced it with AI. I have 213622 Tokens, more than 10k usd, I normally cash out once i reach 20k or 35k after a year or so since i do it via international wire and i have savings, Been streaming there for 8 years, i trust the site so I wasnt worried about my money be taken away. I have made them at least 250k usd over the years, only had an issue once and they actaully paid me for the time I was a banned becausde it was a mistake on their side. Getting a permanent ban for making a joke without any warning first feels extremenly severe, they not replying for almost a month feels really shitty.
